Tom began as a Fine Artist receiving his degree from Providence College. His early experience in advertising with Bozell & Jacobs built a strong foundation particularly in Tourism, Banking, Real Estate, and Sports Marketing. He is a member of several Charity Boards: NJ Small Business Development Corp., The Partnership for Drug-Free NJ and a Marketing committee member of The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and Notre Dame High School whom he has supported with marketing expertise, advice and several award-winning campaigns.

He also holds various certificates in Continuing Education in Management as well as Computer learning. He makes a home with his wife Mary, two sons and a daughter in Ewing, New Jersey.
